At BertaStore, we want you to love every piece of your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your BertaStore account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the return form is included inside.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
